By using the Maison Laila website or placing an order through the website or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Our services
We provide product browsing and modest-fashion ordering through the website and coordination through WhatsApp. Confirmation and delivery details may vary based on availability and delivery location within Morocco.
Product descriptions, colors, and sizing
We aim to present products accurately. Colors or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography conditions, or manufacturing/handmade variation.
Sizes are indicative. Please consult the size guide and ask for help on WhatsApp when needed.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices or offers may change without prior notice, without affecting orders already confirmed under the policy in effect at confirmation.
Availability and inventory
Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. If part or all of an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the unavailable portion.
Order submission and confirmation
Submitting an order through the website or WhatsApp is a purchase request subject to confirmation. We may contact you to confirm details, availability, and delivery city/address before shipping.
Payment
The payment method currently supported on the storefront is cash on delivery (COD), when enabled. If COD is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you before completing the order.
Delivery
Delivery is available within Morocco according to the policies shown on the website (including free-shipping messaging when an announced threshold applies, if any).
Delivery timing is estimated and may be affected by delivery partners or external conditions. You are responsible for providing an accurate, reachable phone number and delivery information.
Your responsibility for information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number, city, and any delivery details you provide. Delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information may not be Maison Laila’s responsibility.
Order changes and cancellations
You may request a change or cancellation on WhatsApp as soon as possible. After preparation or shipping has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Exchanges and returns
Exchange requests follow the exchange policy published on the website: an exchange may be requested within the specified period if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, by contacting us on WhatsApp.
Any return or refund, if offered, is handled as agreed with you and in line with the published policy; we do not promise return rights beyond what that policy states.
Custom or personalized orders
If a size or customization outside the displayed options is requested, it may be subject to additional terms stated at confirmation and may not be exchangeable under the same conditions as standard products.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or messaging channels to send abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt services or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Intellectual property
The Maison Laila name, logos, product photos, designs, text, and media on the website are protected. You may not copy or use them commercially without prior permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may include links or integrations with third parties (such as WhatsApp or social platforms). We are not responsible for those parties’ practices or content.
Disclaimers
We provide the services and product presentation on a reasonable “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will operate without interruption or errors at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maison Laila’s liability related to an order is limited to the value of that order and does not include indirect or consequential damages that could not reasonably be foreseen.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If a dispute arises, we prefer to resolve it amicably first through our contact channels.
